Credit/Debit cards can be used as payment options. Also COD option is there but only on specific products which you can check on our website.

How to check the status of the order?

You can track the product on our website by just selecting your product and checking the details on it or you can put the tracking ID on the product page to get a detailed location of your product.

What is the process of getting a shipment confirmation?

Once you place the order you would get a notification for order confirmation. Also you would get a message on your registered number about the details of the delivery.

Where can I raise the complaint?

You can raise the complaint by directly visiting our site and raising a call request or you can email us.

What is the general timeline for the delivery of the products?

We generally deliver the product within 7 working days. Sometimes we might take more than 7 days in case of any discrepancies.

Are you delivering products internationally?

Currently we are not dealing with international customers and only operating in India .
